Ryan Kelly, President
Founded Haymaker in 2002, 25+ Years of Industry Experience
Ryan founded Haymaker in 2002 and continues to oversee all marketing, sales, finance, operations, and customer satisfaction for the firm. He has 20+ years of sales and management experience. Ryan graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware, where he was a two-time North Atlantic Conference Scholar Athlete award winner for Men’s Lacrosse. He has held certifications from numerous manufacturers in the IT and Telecom industries including Cisco, HP, and Microsoft. Ryan is a native of Annapolis, MD and resides in Baltimore, MD with his wife and 4 children.
Steven Calvert, Executive Vice President
Joined Haymaker in 2003, 25+ Years of Industry Experience
Steven joined Haymaker in 2003 and is responsible for overall company operations and oversight of proposals, designs, installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. He began his 25+ years of experience as a technician and has held positions of increasing importance in all aspects of the industry, including field supervisor, project engineer, project supervisor, and manager for Virginia, Maryland, and DC-based organizations. He holds a number of manufacturer and industry certifications.
Justin Martinelli, Vice President
Joined Haymaker in 2015, 10+ years of Industry Experience
Justin is responsible for overall project management and customer success, ranging from service work and emergency deployments to large-scale multi-year projects. His experience has spanned the Wireless, Business Consulting, and Staffing industries, where his roles and responsibilities have included management consulting, business development, and project management. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware, where he was a scholarship athlete and four-year letter winner in Men’s Lacrosse. Outside of work, Justin treasures time with his family in Baltimore City. He and his wife are proud parents of two children, alongside their two dogs.
